Manfred Rietzler is Member of the Management Board at SMARTRAC N.V. and holds the newly created position of the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) since July 2007.
As one of the co-founders, Rietzler has been with the company since the foundation of SMARTRAC Technology Ltd. in 2001 and held a managing position since 2006. Prior to working for SMARTRAC, he was managing partner at Louda Systems GmbH in Gersthofen. From 1993 to 2000 he held the position of the Technical-Director with the responsibility of development and production at AmaTech GmbH & Co. KG in Pfronten, where he was also a co-founder. Rietzler started his career in 1987 at Maho AG in Pfronten, where he worked as Head of Electronics Assembly. Prior to this, he was Scientific assistant at the Technical University of Munich.
Manfred Rietzler is a graduated engineer (Dipl.-Ing.). He studied electrical engineering at the Technical University of Munich.
