Christian Uhl is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Management Board of SMARTRAC TECHNOLOGY GROUP. Before being appointed CEO in 2014, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer for six years, where he played a critical role in the leadership and strategic development of SMARTRAC. Christian Uhl joined the company in May 2006 as Director, Corporate Accounting, Controlling and Finance. Prior to joining SMARTRAC, he was a Principal of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants’ Competence Centre for Restructuring and Corporate Finance. Christian Uhl holds a degree in business administration from the University of Bayreuth, Germany.
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Member of the Management Board
Amir Mobayen holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer and Member of the Management Board of SMARTRAC TECHNOLOGY GROUP. He joined the company in 2017 and has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector. Amir Mobayen’s successful track record includes senior leadership positions in public and private companies in North America, EMEA and Asia. Prior to joining SMARTRAC, he was President and CEO of HYCID, Member of the Board of Directors at ALPHASTAR Corporation, Vice President and General Manager of Intelligent Systems at Arrow Electronics EMEA as well as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for Data Modul AG.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Member of the Management Board
Dinesh Dhamija is Chief Technology Officer and Member of the Management Board of SMARTRAC TECHNOLOGY GROUP. Dinesh joined the company in 2018. He has over 30 years of global experience in innovation, technology and strategy, and has been a tenured Associate Professor of Engineering & Technology at Ohio University, and an applied researcher and consultant with companies including Cooper Industries, Hubbell, GE, and IBM. He also co-founded several tech companies and developed successful technology and go to market partnerships with companies such as Infor, Microsoft, Oracle, and Dassault.
Dr. Kerstin Reden
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Kerstin Reden holds a PhD (Doctorate) in Economics and certifications as a Tax Advisor and Certified Public Accountant under German law. Before joining Smartrac in 2012, she held managerial positions at a major auditing firm and a leading supplier of specialty glass and glass-ceramics. In her role as CFO, Kerstin Reden is also responsible for Smartrac’s Human Resources-related activities.
Member of the Management Board
Robert Harmzen is director and owner of Hamzen Accountants & Consultants since 1993. He holds the position as director of the Dutch entities of One Equity Partners since 2010. Robert Harmzen is a Dutch registered accountant (RA). He started his career in the Internal Audit Department at Akzo Nobel.
