Ad-hoc Press Release - SMARTRAC applies for a delisting of its shares
SMARTRAC N.V. (stock abbreviation SM7) announced today that its management board has resolved to apply for a delisting of the company’s shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard) and to propose to the general meeting a change of the company’s articles of association subject to the approval of the delisting.
The delisting will be subject to approval by the management board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The application for the delisting will be made by the company to the management board of Frankfurt Stock Exchange after approval of the proposed change of the articles of association by the general meeting. Subject to approval of the delisting application by the management board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the final day of trading of the company’s shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is expected to be in the first half of 2013.
